This included some very large (top 1,000) properties and generated a lot of different experience quickly.We primarily focus on Investment and Consulting now.Special areas of current interest and direct experience include:- Business Acquisition and Sales (Target Range: $250,000 – $5,000,000), with a primary focus on online-based businesses
- Private Money Lending with secured Real Estate Investor Loans
- Marketing Strategy and implementation Online/Offline, both strategic and tactical as well as problem-based consulting. We design solutions to specific business problems with a primary focus on clarifying your communications. Meaning: we help you unconfuse your customers.Prior direct experience includes:
- Airbnb Hosting and Marketing
- Vacation home design, construction, and sales
- Real estate rehabs, flips, and rentals
